His voice would sound like home.

It wasn’t until our last meeting with Marisa + Josh that they told us they were planning to forego wedding videography altogether. That was until they stumbled upon our work.

It’s not the first time a couple has shared this sentiment with us but, being creatives themselves, M+J specially picked up on some of the intricacies that set our films apart. They loved our sound design, the filmic quality of our wedding cinematography, our bold music choices and that our narratives didn’t feel “cheesy” - they were real and true to the couple. But what they really appreciated was that each one of our films felt uniquely its own. As they worked their way through our portfolio, they noticed every video was different structurally and creatively, reflecting the couple at the core of each story.

We had never felt so seen.

Any wedding planner, photographer, officiant, A/V team, venue staff, coordinator will tell you: we’re perfectionists — on the day and beyond. We care about each and every detail (A LOT). We colour grade every frame from scratch, we delicately EQ every spoken word in our films and we quality-test both audio and visual across iPhones, laptops, entertainment systems and even car stereos to make sure everything hits just right. It’s particularly rewarding when a couple not only notices how much goes into crafting these works but appreciates each meticulous trait separately.

And so we are ecstatic to have made Marisa + Josh their own little masterpiece. Amidst the enchanting backdrop of Casa Loma, we were honoured to capture the ethereal elegance and relaxed romance of this fairytale garden wedding 🏰🌹💫
