Mol­lie and Con­nor reached out to us in 2021 after binge watch­ing our films on Youtube and falling in love with our wed­ding cin­e­matog­ra­phy and sto­ry­telling approach. Based in Van­cou­ver, they were remote­ly plan­ning their Gray­don Hall Manor cel­e­bra­tion in Toron­to — their hometown.

And while we’ve shot count­less beau­ti­ful and jaw-dropping events at Gray­don Hall through­out the years, Mol­lie and Connor’s spe­cial day marked a unique first – a vibrant Hin­du wed­ding across the ele­gant grounds. This colour­ful cel­e­bra­tion was a remark­able fusion of tra­di­tions and cul­tures, turn­ing the beau­ti­ful gar­dens and court­yards of Gray­don Hall into the per­fect back­drop for M+C’s love story.

A Vibrant Ceremony in the Back Garden

Set with vibrant flow­ers, a tra­di­tion­al man­dap, and a pal­pa­ble sense of excite­ment, Mol­lie and Con­nor’s Hin­du wed­ding cer­e­mo­ny took place in the lush back gar­den of the manor. It was marked by a series of beau­ti­ful rit­u­als and tra­di­tions cul­mi­nat­ing in a ring exchange and the tying of the Thaali around Mollie’s neck. Our favourite aspects of the cer­e­mo­ny, how­ev­er, were Mollie’s mul­ti­ple pro­ces­sion­als — made all the more epic by her fam­i­ly and close friends walk­ing with her every step of the way.

First Look and Vows in the Courtyard

After their cer­e­mo­ny, Mol­lie and Con­nor changed into their West­ern out­fits and shared a heart­felt first look in the front court­yard before exchang­ing pri­vate per­son­al vows with one anoth­er. This emo­tion­al moment forms the nar­ra­tive for their wed­ding film — their words touch­ing on their jour­ney thus far, what they love most about their lives togeth­er, and their hopes for their future.

In our last meet­ing with M+C, Mol­lie men­tioned that wed­ding videog­ra­phy was the aspect she was most excit­ed about lead­ing up to their cel­e­bra­tion and that they couldn’t wait to see their wed­ding film come togeth­er. As the day unfold­ed, we knew we had a spe­cial piece on our hands and some­thing that Mol­lie and Con­nor would trea­sure for­ev­er. From their vibrant morn­ing preps to the wild and inti­mate dance par­ty in Gray­don Hall’s base­ment, this one is just 🙌
