These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Outside In Studio website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Outside In Studio (“Outside In Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1. Our Products and Services
Outside In Studio offers creative services, digital products, educational resources, templates, LUTs, mentorship sessions, and other related products and services.
Product and service descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information are provided on the applicable product or service page and may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and services at any time. Changes will not affect products or services that have already been purchased except where required by law or where a change is necessary to correct an error or security issue.
2. Digital Products
Digital products are provided electronically and may include LUTs, templates, presets, educational materials, documents, and other downloadable files.
Your purchase and use of a digital product may be subject to additional license or usage terms provided on the applicable product page, in an accompanying product license, or in other documentation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, upload, or otherwise make a purchased digital product available to third parties except as expressly permitted by the applicable license or usage terms.
Where additional license terms apply, those terms form part of your agreement with us and govern your use of the applicable product.
3. Mentorship and Other Services
Mentorship sessions and other scheduled services may be subject to additional terms provided during the booking or purchase process.
Unless otherwise stated, scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations, missed sessions, and rescheduling are governed by the applicable terms provided at the time of booking and our Refund Policy.
Mentorship and educational services are intended to provide guidance, ideas, and practical experience based on our knowledge and experience. We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, creative, or other outcome.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to change.
Payments for products and services are processed through third-party payment and ecommerce providers. We do not generally receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Refunds, cancellations, and other remedies are governed by our Refund Policy, together with any product- or service-specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and a specific refund or cancellation term provided for a particular service, the specific term will apply to that service.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Outside In Studio website and our products and services is owned by or licensed to Outside In Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes our website design, written content, photography, video, graphics, branding, logos, LUTs, presets, templates, educational materials, and other original creative content.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under an applicable product license, usage terms, or these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create competing products from our materials without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by an applicable product license or usage terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outside In Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Outside In Studio for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of our website or Services, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Outside In Studio for circumstances where applicable law does not permit such an obligation.
