When former Toronto Raptor, Patrick Patterson proposed to Sarah, he had already secured Casa Loma and its beautiful grounds for their stunning fairytale wedding. We were approached almost immediately to be part of the killer team to bring this vision to life and were so happy to have the opportunity to tell their story.

The day itself was a simple one — morning preps at the Ritz Carlton with the ceremony and reception at Casa Loma — but within that simplicity lies the ability to capture elements thoroughly and creatively. When we had met with Sarah + Patrick earlier in the summer, they had mentioned they were thinking of writing personal vows. We were so happy to see them do just that as it laid the perfect narrative for their film — recounting their first moments together, what they love about the other and their promises going forward.

Their lives have taken them across North America — from Toronto, to Oklahoma, and now, L.A. where Patrick plays for the Clippers — but through this far-reaching journey, they have found a home in each other. Their love and the comfort they feel in each other’s arms is felt through their entire film.
